Club Runs
15 MPH CLUB - Thursday Evenings @ 7:00pm leaving sharp from Bells Hill carpark (near Lmavady Utd Football Grounds beside the bypass). A beginers\ club social ride with distances set to match abilities. All routes follow quiet lanes and roads. Advice on bicycle setup. Last year this run proved very popular with up to 20 cyclists turning out. All agreeing that group riding opened up a totally new and very enjoyable experience as most had been cycling on their own. Saturday Mornings @ 9:30am leaving sharp from Bells Hill carpark (near Lmavady Utd Football Grounds beside the bypass). This run is normally a mid paced run up to around 40 miles. Again though it will match the abilities of who turns out. A shorter loop can be cycled dropping less experienced riders off back in Limavady at a distance they can easily handle then going on to cover another loop to take the miles up to the desired distance. Sunday Mornings @ 9:00am Leaving sharp from Limavady swimming pool carpark (Roe Valley Leisure Centre). Normally two or three group rides available. A group catering for novice, youth and touring riders doing a couple of hours ride close to limavady again the ride will match the abilities of who turns out. A big group of experienced cyclists which normally splits at a designated point. The first group returning with around 50 miles suitable for riders looking to take on sportive events.
